Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions are applicable for all commissions. Failure to adhere to any or all of them will result in dismissal of your commission. Depending on the circumstances, you may not receive a refund.

ITEMS AND SUBJECTS I WILL DRAW:

  • Anime

  • Furries

  • Sci-fi

  • Fantasy

  • Modern

  • NSFW

ITEMS AND SUBJECTS THAT I WILL NOT DRAW:

  • Underage characters in any suggestive/inappropriate manner

  • Religious subject matter

  • Racially charged subject matter

  • Politically charged subject matter

  • Excessive violence/gore

Restrictions are not limited to these matters only, and may be subject to change.

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • You will not alter or change your completed commission in any way to reflect your political views/beliefs as they were not agreed upon at the beginning of the commission

  • You will not mint my artwork as an NFT or use it for any cryptocurrency-related uses without my express consent

  • You will not use my artwork to train or develop any generative AI programs.

  • You will not alter my artwork with any generative AI programs or ‘enhance’ them in any way

  • Once completed and the agreed commission has been delivered, any further alterations you request will be considered a new commission

  • You will not negotiate prices as not explicitly stated in the commission sheet.

  • Any alterations are to be explicitly stated during the phase of drawing when it is possible to do so. This is further expanded upon in the Commission Process page.

Failure to comply with any or all of these terms in full may result in termination of your commission and the banning of any further commissions from you in the future. Your name will also be EXPLICITLY shown and the failed commission displayed here as a warning to other creators about your misconduct. You have been warned.

COMMISSION PROCESS

The following is a general overview of the commission process, which will give you a rough idea of how we’ll do things to make sure you get the product you want.

  • First, you will approach me via Discord, Email, etc. requesting what you want to commission me for. If you have any, I will ask that you provide me with references and details on what you want. BE AS CLEAR AND CONCISE AS POSSIBLE. This will make it easier to understand what you want so we can get through this process faster and I can start working on your commission. Depending on my current workload, I may or may not be able to start your commission immediately, but I will make sure to put your name down on the list of commissions to work on. I will NOT be asking for payment until I am sure I can start working on your commission. Once we agree on what you want and you’ve read over the Terms and Conditions (see page) I will let you know when you can expect your commission to be completed.

  • When I am ready, I sill come back to you with a rough sketch of what I think you might want. This will be a loose silhouette figure sketch that gives you an idea of the form of the piece as well as the subject matter. If there are any changes to the POSE, FORM, OR FEEL of the piece, request them here. Once you agree that everything looks good here, I will ask for payment of the agreed upon value.

  • Next, I will sketch out the details of the piece, which will include character features, details, etc. if there are any changes to CHARACTER DETAILS, make the request here.

  • Fourth, I will commence with Lineart, followed by coloring. Any changes to COLOR PALETTE or LINEART must be requested here.

  • Fifth, I will proceed with rendering. Any chances you would like to see to RENDERING must be made here.

  • Once we agree that everything is done as you requested, I will mark your commission as complete.

Please note, any requests made to certain parts of the commission—form, figure, anatomy, etc.—must be made at the appropriate time when it’s possible to do so. Retroactive changes, such as a request to change the pose when coloring and rendering is in progress, will be declined.
